These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of goodspouse.com, the GoodSpouse mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by GoodSpouse (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use GoodSpouse. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.
2. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or mislead other users;
- post content that is obscene, hateful, infringing, or inconsistent with Islamic values and community standards enforced by GoodSpouse;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- use automated means to create accounts or interact with users without authorization.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant GoodSpouse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to share content you upload and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features may require a subscription or in-app purchase processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized providers. Fees, billing cycles, and refund rules are disclosed at purchase and subject to the applicable store terms. We may change pricing or features with notice where required by law.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users and the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that any relationship will succeed. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodSpouse and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which GoodSpouse operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

12. Third-Party Platform Integrations (including TikTok)
If you connect a TikTok account, authorize TikTok data portability features, or use GoodSpouse features that rely on TikTok measurement tools, you agree to comply with TikTok's applicable terms, developer policies, and privacy policies, including the TikTok Privacy Policy, TikTok Ads Terms of Service, and applicable TikTok for Developers terms. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and for disconnecting integrations you no longer wish to use.
GoodSpouse is not responsible for TikTok's independent processing of information under TikTok's policies. You must meet the minimum age required by TikTok and applicable law to use TikTok-connected features.
