These Child Safety Standards apply to Good Spouse: Halal Marriage (the Android and iOS apps listed on Google Play and the App Store under that name, package name com.goodspouse), and to related GoodSpouse services operated by Paratune Technologies / GoodSpouse (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This page is our publicly published standard against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) for Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

Good Spouse: Halal Marriage strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including (without limitation):

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• grooming a child for sexual purposes;
• sextortion of a child;
• trafficking of a child for sex; and
• any other sexual exploitation or endangerment of a child.

Any attempt to create, upload, share, request, link to, or otherwise facilitate CSAE or CSAM on Good Spouse: Halal Marriage is forbidden and will result in immediate enforcement action.

2. Adults only

Good Spouse: Halal Marriage is a matrimonial / matchmaking service for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use the Service. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the app. Accounts believed to belong to minors are removed.

3. Reporting and in-app feedback

Users can report concerns inside Good Spouse: Halal Marriage (including profile/user reporting and in-app support / feedback tools). You may also email our child safety contact below. We review reports and take action consistent with these standards and applicable law.

4. How we address CSAM and CSAE

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on our platform, we take appropriate action, which may include:

• removing the content;
• restricting, suspending, or permanently terminating the responsible account(s);
• preserving relevant records as required by law; and
• reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional authority, as required by applicable child safety laws.

5. Compliance with child safety laws

We maintain processes intended to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations relevant to our Service, including reporting obligations for confirmed CSAM where required.
