Fees are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or other authorized providers and are subject to those stores’ terms, including renewal and refund rules. By submitting payment information, you authorize charges for all fees incurred. You agree that no credit will be issued for unused periods unless required by applicable store policy or law.

Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at GoodSpouse. Digital subscriptions and in-app purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by Apple, Google, or applicable law. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from GoodSpouse, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the website/app and all copies thereof from your computer or mobile device and closing your account. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the website/app and delete all copies of the website/app from your computer. Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of GoodSpouse’s rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.

Binding Arbitration

If you and GoodSpouse do not resolve any Dispute by informal negotiation, any other effort to resolve the Dispute will be conducted exclusively by binding individual arbitration where enforceable under applicable law. Typographical Errors
