Tunisia's Personal Status Code requires marriage to be concluded before two notaries or a civil status officer, with the consent of both spouses and a prenuptial medical certificate.
Who registers the marriage
Two notaries or the civil status officer at the municipality conclude the marriage and record it in the civil status registers.
